Order Policy
- Once an order is placed, we will confirm it within one working day via phone. If we are unable to reach you, your order will be on hold for up to 3 days. If we cannot contact you during this time, your order will be automatically canceled.
- After confirmation, your order will be processed according to our shipping policy. We reserve the right to cancel orders based on product availability, and you will be notified of cancellations by phone.
- Orders cannot be canceled after confirmation. If you change your mind, you may return the item at the time of delivery by covering the delivery charge.
Pricing Policy
- All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We reserve the right to cancel orders if there is a pricing error due to a system malfunction. Prices are regularly updated, and the price at the time of order is considered final.
Delivery Policy
Delivery Charges:
- Inside Dhaka: 60 BDT
- Outside Dhaka: 100 BDT
Inside Dhaka:
- Inspect products (color, size, quality, and quantity) in front of the delivery agent. No claims will be accepted after delivery.
- Exchanges are allowed for unused items, subject to an additional delivery charge.
- You may return the product on delivery if you change your mind but must pay the delivery charge.
- Delivery typically takes 1-3 days.
- Returns/exchanges are subject to our replacement policy.
Outside Dhaka:
- Inspect products upon delivery, as no claims will be accepted afterward.
- Exchanges are allowed with delivery charges applied.
- Delivery typically takes 2-5 working days.
- Returns/exchanges are subject to our replacement policy.
Shipping Policy
We offer home delivery services across Bangladesh. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as weather or government policies. While we partner with reliable couriers, we are not liable for damages or losses during transit but will assist with resolutions.
Quality & Color Consistency
We are committed to delivering high-quality products at reasonable prices. Minor color variations may occur due to monitor settings or lighting. We offer a 90-day warranty for any unexpected quality issues.
Shoe Size Exchange
Please refer to our size chart before ordering. We allow exchanges for size issues, with the customer responsible for delivery charges. If an incorrect product is sent, we will cover the delivery charge.

Refund Policy
Refunds are provided under the following conditions:
- If an exchange cannot be delivered.
- If the exact product ordered cannot be delivered.
- If we cannot resolve an issue satisfactorily.
